Our goal at Numed Medical Aesthetic Center is to always provide our patients with a pleasant and convenient experience. We value each and one of our customers and appreciate that they can respect our policies so that we can provide excellent service to our entire customer community.
Deposit and Appointment Schedule Policies
To schedule all appointments we require a deposit of one hundred ($100.00)* dollars to separate the space. This amount is the cost of the consultation and is non-refundable. If the client decides to continue with the procedure, the amount of the deposit will be credited to the cost of the treatment performed during the visit. This may not be applied to skincare products, nor to the cost of other different consults that are not made the same day of the visit. This includes treatments with several sessions, in other words, the deposit will be credited during the fulfillment of a procedure's total cost or the full payment of a package. Therefore, a deposit should always be provided when scheduling appointments for other treatments that are not covered.
*We have treatments that require a higher deposit, but we will clarify when you book your appointment.
All appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours before the scheduled visit. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their appointments within the established period. Nonetheless, our staff will be communicating with the patient. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes from the coordinated time to reach the appointment. Once the 15 minutes have passed and the patient assigned for that time has not arrived, the space will automatically pass to the next patient in the waiting room. Thus, if there is availability in the schedule, the patient who came after the grace period will have to wait until the specialist can attend to them and, if there is no availability, the appointment should be re-coordinated. If for any reason beyond our medical aesthetic centers, the appointment must be rescheduled, we will call you, and you will not lose the value of the deposit paid.
Every new customer must arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to complete the necessary documentation.
If the appointment is scheduled for a minor (under 18), the minor must be accompanied by a legal guardian. If the minor arrives alone, the treatment cannot be performed, therefore, the deposit or session of the purchased package will be lost.
All packages and services purchased will be valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase to use them. All these packages must be paid in full before the second treatment. Any treatment not completed within 12 months cannot be redeemed. Packages are not transferable. They must be redeemed by the same person. If a medical condition prevents treatment, you will receive a credit, which can be used in other treatments at the clinic.
If the patient does not attend or cancels their treatment package appointment less than 48 hours before their visit, they lose that session and will be deducted from the purchased package. Making a change of appointment 48 hours in advance allows us to better manage our schedules and offer that space to another patient.
Suppose the patient does not wish to continue the treatment purchased in a treatment package and they had already received services from it. In that case, the remaining treatment can be accredited to be used in other treatments available. The credit will be calculated based on the regular price of the session, not the reduced price of the package.
In the case of a monetary refund, a credit will be provided, which can be used in our clinic. No cash refunds or refunds will be made by any means of payment. The amount that applies for return will be made through a gift card or can be credited to another procedure.
If you have a scheduled appointment for laser hair removal, tattoo removal, or ADVATx, it is important to arrive shaved to the session. If you do not come shaved to your appointment, you will be charged $20 per shave.
Offers will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase to redeem services. They are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. The discounts granted in the membership plans and by the referral program will be calculated based on the regular price of the procedure and will not apply to the offers of the month.
Our customers have the right to return the items purchased in our clinic and on our website within 5 days from the moment they purchased or received such items via mail (online shop). Items may be returned with the following specifications:
There will be no reimbursement, if the customer wants they can apply for a credit that can be used for the purchase of other products, or it will be returned in the form of a gift card that can be used for procedure payments.
Only one (1) accompanying person per patient shall be allowed, they shall wait in the assigned waiting area.

We have gift cards available. These will be valid for one (1) year from your date of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or change services and prices without prior notice to comply with high-quality standards.

Our customers can choose the preferred membership among the levels:
The payment will be processed online with the CLOVER payment system. You can pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If the payment doesn't go through because of the due date, lack of funds, inability to modify payment information, or account cancellation, Numed Medical Services, LLC, will suspend access to membership services until the customer completes the corresponding payment.
The membership period is annual, in other words, for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date the customer becomes a member. Membership may be canceled by written notice. This notice must be submitted by email to [email protected] within forty-five (45) days before the expiration date of the current membership term.
If notice is not provided, the membership term will be automatically renewed for another twelve (12) consecutive months until appropriate cancellation notice is provided. The subsequent membership term will be recharged with the previously selected annual membership amount.
Subscription payments are non-refundable and no refund or credit will be granted for unused or partially used subscription periods. If you cancel your membership, you will maintain access to the discounts offered until the end of the current billing cycle.
All discounts will be made from the regular price of treatments and may not be combined with other offers and promotions. This membership is not transferable. Discounts can only be redeemed by the membership holder. If there are any changes in the prices by the manufacturing company of the products Botox, Dysport, and Restylane, adjustments will be made to the regular price and the discounts already established will be maintained. Discounts on dermal filler treatments (Restylane) do not include specialty areas such as liquid rhinoplasty and undereye correction. Likewise, discounts on neuromodulator treatments (Botox or Dysport) do not include specialty “shots”, it only applies to the forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet.
