By using Numed On The Go services, you agree to receive text messages or emails to coordinate details of your appointment and confirm the address where the services will be received, among others.

No refunds will be made for cancellations by the customer. Payments will be refunded only for services that have been canceled by the service provider.
The Client has the right to change the date of an existing appointment up to a maximum of 1 time, subject to such change being made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the date of said appointment.
The Numed On The Go professional will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes of grace after arriving at the appointment location on the reserved date. If the Client does not respond by any reasonable means (calls, texts) within this time period, the appointment will be canceled without refund.
If you live in a condominium, you are required to have parking available for the Numed On The Go professional. If booking at a hotel, the customer must pay the service provider's parking charges.
For any service that is not related to weight control, an air-conditioned space is mandatory.
The Client is responsible for providing a safe and comfortable area at the location where the service will be provided. The service provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment if it understands that the place threatens your safety and/or if the place does not have adequate ventilation. No money will be refunded for this type of cancellation.
The service supplier is required to bring portable tables for services, with the Client being responsible for providing a comfortable area where the service can be performed.
Neither Numed On The Go nor its partners, investors, or administrators are responsible for damage caused to furniture, tables, decorative items, fixtures, or any property that is in the Client's residence.
The Client must take necessary measures to protect his property from damage that is used in the services.
If you live in a house, it is required that parking be available for the Numed On The Go professional within a distance of no more than 200 meters from the property.
If your appointment is in a location where parking is charged, your credit card will be charged the cost of parking on the day of your appointment.
*Failure to comply with any of these requirements will cause your appointment to be canceled without a refund.
Numed On The Go, partners, and independent contractors are not responsible for damages caused by the chemical reaction and/or damage that may be caused by a product or treatment that the Client/User requests through the platform (store.numed.com.pr) or use on your own.
Numbered On The Go will not refund money for claims for services performed, with the Service Provider being responsible for providing the necessary guarantee, if applicable.
All claims must be made the same day the service was provided.
Numed On The Go will charge the payment method provided by the Client for any extra service that is added to an existing appointment that was not originally included in said appointment.
Contact information from minors under 13 years of age (for example, name, address, email, or telephone number) will not be collected without the prior consent of parents or guardians. If you understand or believe that a minor under 13 years of age has registered on our platform, you can report it and said information will be removed.
Numed On The Go reserves the right to substitute or change the service supplier without prior notice.
Use of User Information: User information collected on or through the Numed On The Go Platform (www.numed.com.pr) will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
The personal information that the User provides on this Portal will be used only for the administration and management of the services offered to him/her. Information may be collected for statistical purposes and for the maintenance and improvement of services.
Each User will have access to their personal information contained in their profile collected on or through Numed On The Go email.
